They provide no option to stop auto renewing a subscription. I attempted to cancel a three month subsciption and was unable to until the subscription expired. They auto renewed the subscription the second the other expired leaving me NO POSSIBLE WAY TO PREVENT BEING AUTOMATICALLY BILLED BEYOND WHAT I WANTED TO SUBSRIBE FOR. This seems highly fraudulant and I can't believe they can operate legally under these practices. I am disputing all charges with my credit card company to attempt to get my money back. Seems like I should be able to cancel my policy the same day it expired and was auto-renewed without having to pay. That is not the case here and I think legal action needs to be taken for such fraud. Where is the attorney general on this?
