Why do you have to give even 1 star to a company like eHarmony? I signed up for a 3 month plan and then tried to change my settings so it would not auto-renew. There is no way to stop it once you sign up. They charged me 24 hours prior to the expiration of my service and I immediately emailed them to request a refund (within their 3 day policy), they said No. My account is closed and cancelled, yet they can still auto renew? I even tried to change my credit card on file prior to the renewal so it wouldn't be able to charge anything, but it validates the card to make sure it is the correct number.
The service is terrible anyway, no reasonable matches, very little correspondence. Try Match.com - it was much better.
