The Data Supplier has very suspicious practices. Even though they say they accept credit cards, they will not sell you the merchandise unless you pay by Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check or Western Union.
When I offered to pay in person in exchange for the merchandise, they made up excuses and couldn't or wouldn't provide the merchandise.
For those of you who don't know, credit card payment gives the buyer protection against fraud. If they don't provide the goods, you can dispute the charges.
In my experience they gave all the signs of being a fraudulent business.
Buyer Beware!!!

In our line of business selling email lists with an instant download there are too many fraudulent credit card orders. So to protect our company and our data we have a policy to only accept certain payment methods from first time customers, any order after that can be paid by credit card or PayPal. We can provide a sample of the data and client references to any client if needed. We are a legitimate company, in business since 2007 and have many happy clients with successful campaigns.
