I hired Xpress to Move me to Orange County....They were to show this past Sunday between 11 and 4 pm. I got a call about 7 pm stating that weren't coming...they would come today between 10am and 12pm. I called today to confirm...Now they are arriving between 3 to 5 on today. It has cost me $1,000 in penalties to hold off my new renters. I have been strung along and they will not share with what is really going on. They have taken my deposit and left me hanging. I own a large service business...Express has treated me horribly. They have made no effort to move me. The owner will not call me. I have yet to get hostile or involve my lawyers. I really just need to get moved today. I would not recommend this company if you need a reliable moving partner.
They have made no effort to make things right. The story keeps changing.
I just spoke to the manager. He stated that 3 to 5 pm is the best they can do...They were very unfriendly. I shared with them it cost me $1,000 penalty to stay the extra day...I did not ask for reimbursement, yet.
Bottom line...They never showed..now they are willing to show up at their convenience. a bit frustrating.
At this point, my lawyer, David Fisher of Los Angeles, will be getting involved, if needed. I am choosing to wait for them to show up as I am a tight spot.
