This company is ridiculous. The website "Woo Me" was awful, so i cancelled my account almost immediately. The guy on the phone told me my account was closed and I would no longer be charged. Everything was fine until almost 6 months later my account was charged 34.99 which brought my account into the negatives causing me to overdraft my account. I called up to see why my account was charged when it was supposed to be cancelled and the guy told me there was a glitch in the system that was renewing accounts. In the end, I got refunded the 34.99 that was taken out but they said they couldn't do anything about the overdraft fees or inconvenience. TERRIBLE!
