Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. WolfePack Transport was the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. I never complain and I am usually the one to just let things go but this was so major I just couldn't. If I could give zero stars, I would have. My trucks pick up date was rescheduled 4 different times. The final day they couldn't pick up the truck they couldn't even give me a date/time of when it would actually be picked up! This wasn't even the worst part. WolfePack, who while trying to get my business told me not to trust any one of these companies that charge you before your vehicle is picked up. Well, that's exactly what they did!! They charged my card before my truck even had a date or time. I can't even be sure that I had a driver assigned to me. Moving across the country in stressful enough and this just added to it. When I finally decided to cancel with them they said they would credit my card and send me a confirmation email, which never happened. I lost count of how many times I have called and left messages. When I did speak to someone, they couldn't help me with crediting my account. Someone else was in charge of that and I was told they would contact me back, which they never did. They were so quick to charge my card and now no one can help me with reversing that charge. I have called numerous times and still haven't heard anything back from them. This has been going on for almost a month now. I finally called the BBB about them and now they are trying to fight reversing the charge. Unbelievable, couldn't get the job done but still think they have the right to my money. If nothing is done and I still don't receive a credit I will go to small claims court and fight this. I have proof that a driver was never assigned to my vehicle. That's why no one could give me an assigned date as to when my truck was being picked up. It just kept being rescheduled. I wonder why.

As stated this customer did contract with WolfePack Transport. The 1st time that the Driver contacted the customer to pick up her vehicle she was not available. That is when WolfePack Transport charged her a deposit of $150.00. As per the contract WolfePack completed our job and provided the services of putting a truck/driver together with her. WolfePack Transport is a booking agent on this transport and only receives $150.00 for our services. We then rescheduled her vehicle to have another truck/driver pick up her vehicle and waived the rebooking fee. There was a delay in picking it up her vehicle due to severe weather conditions on the east coast. WolfePack Transport then made arrangements for a local truck/driver to pick up her vehicle and hold it until the truck going across country could make it there that evening because the truck/driver would not be in the area until after 11pm. (This was done at no cost to the client.) The customer then called us and canceled the transport. If the customer looked at the terms and conditions she agreed to she would have seen {14. If you place an order with us, you have the option to cancel any time prior to your vehicle being assigned to a transporter, you will be charged a $75.00 administration fee, the remainder of your scheduling fee will be refunded (minus transaction fees if a credit card is used for deposit). If your vehicle is booked on a transporter before you fax or email your cancellation, you will lose the amount of the deposit. It is WolfePack Auto Transport's goal to only get paid if we perform the service of transporting your vehicle.} There are times in the trucking industry that issues arise, IE. Weather, Mechanical Breakdown, etc. that delays pickup and delivery that is beyond our control. If the customer is to look at section 1 of the terms and conditions she agreed to she would have seen {1. WolfePack Auto Transport agrees to have vehicle(s) described on quotation shipped on or about the dates requested. W
