This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with!! My payment was due on the 2nd which fell on a Saturday and Monday at 2:45pm, I was already receiving a call looking for the payment. I called back and spoke to a representative and asked him if my payment was only two days late, why were they call me. He said they had every right to call if the payment wasn't received by the due date. I told him that it wasn't even late enough to charge a late fee so don't bother me this early about a late payment. He said his company loaned me money and they were going to keep calling until they received it. After some back and forth yelling, I hung up. A few minutes later someone called me back. I believe it was the same person. He asked me what happened with the last rep and I explained to him that a payoff check was already in the mail and I was upset that they were calling me so soon after the payment date. He was just as rude and disrespectful as the first rep (if he even was a different person). That conversation turned into a yelling match with him also. After I told him that the check was mailed out on Friday, the 1st and please don't call me anymore, he said they could call as much as they wanted to. I told him I would just send their calls to voicemail. After I hung up from his ignorance, he called back playing on my phone. He wouldn't give me his name nor the name of the "first" person I spoke with. I called back to have another rep check the notes to see who I spoke with and he wouldn't give me the name. He kept trying to transfer me even after I told him numerous times that I just wanted to get a name. He transferred me to the same guy. When I asked him his name he refused to give it to me. I called back and spoke with a gentleman named Hector who was very polite and helpful. He transferred me to a supervisor but of course I didn't have the name to file the complaint. The notes in the system said I spoke with Natalie, which was a lie. He just didn't want to put his name down and admit to the things he said. I cannot wait until this company receives their payoff check so I won't have to deal with them ever again!! A few months ago, I was running late with a payment and I received a call from a repo man saying he was coming to repo my car. My payment wasn't even 30 days late. I was about 15 - 20 days past the due date. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!!
