Had a terrible experience when I put a deposit down on a hot tub contingent on me closing escrow on a home. When the house fell out of escrow, I was promised a credit for my $1,000. That was before Christmas 2010. To date White Swan has promised me my credit, but still hasn't issued it.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and disputed the charge on my credit card. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues with them? Very unprofessional if you ask me.
