My experience with Waypoint has been AWFUL....We paid them the down payment and have not been able to reach anyone and it's been over a week. We need to know something, they won't even respond to emails. Plus they told us they would contact our Mortgage company and let them know we are trying to modify our mortgage, they haven't even done that. The mortgage company calls our house RELENTLESSLY...Basically Waypoint has yet to call us back or respond to emails so at this point, I'd rather get a refund and go somewhere else. I'm pretty sure it's gonna be real hard to get my money back or I'll probably have to kiss that money GOOD BYE!! Thanks for nothing Waypointe.
