I started my loan with Watermark Capital on November 4 after I fired CitiMortgage that botched my application for re-finance (It took Citi more than 4 months and still could not close). The moment I filled up their online form, I got a call from Jennifer, who walked me through their process and kept me up-to-date on my application's progress. Where CitiMortgage got tangled up, Watermark breezed through - The Solar Panels I loan/purchased from SolarCity was an issue for Citi. Yes, that was one item Citi could not wrap their heads around. With Watermark Capital, all they needed was the contact person in SolarCity and they got the subordination letter the same day. Today is Dec 11 and I will be signing the closing documents tonight. Jennifer is AWESOME!!! The only regret I have is I wish I worked with her in the beginning and did not consider keeping the loan with Citi.
