Joshua Crater and the Rate1st team was great to work with. I was skeptical at first when Josh told me I could refinance through the VA above the VA limit. Turns out his lender makes up the difference and I was able to get a VA loan for almost $700k. Not
only was Josh professional but he was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. We started the loan application on May 22 and signed documents on June 26th. Josh, Sue and Jessica are a great team and remove the waiting game from the equation. No last minute
surprises, requests, or delays. They were great to work with.
