The absolute worst

This company is very difficult to contact. I had set up an auto payment on my card, and the card was cancelled due to fraudulent charges. I called repeatedly and left messages (what kind of business doesn't answer the phone?) until I finally spoke to someone.
This individual was not interested in bringing my bill current. He was far more interested in treating me like a dirtbag who doesn't pay his bills. I found that objectionable, as I'd repeatedly stated I wanted to bring the payments current, but he ended up shouting profanity at me.
How can anyone stay in business performing this horribly?
