I purchased an Apple laptop from this company through eBay, and the laptop completely died within two weeks. He then sent a replacement laptop that had a faulty cd/dvd drive. I had to mail both broken computers back at my expense & had to make a claim through Paypal to get a refund. A lot of hassle with limited communication from the business owner.
