I bid and lost on an IPAD 2. I used their buy now function so not to lose the money I placed in bids. It has now been five weeks with no product. Not only that but I started calling customer service last week and have called everyday because no one will answer phone calls or send me a ship date. Once I complained I was going to file this complaint over voice mail my account was deleted. I believe the website is a scam and would avoid it at all costs.
