I was very skeptical since my first contact was via the phone. The contact told me that based on their preliminary information, they could insure that I would be able to refinance at a lower fixed rate. Whenever I told them about my recent appraisal, they looked up several comps fairly quickly and told me that I may be able to cash out some monies for needed renovations with a new appraisal. My loan only took 27 days to finance and I was able to take out the monies needed to complete the house projects. I saved 1 percent interest rate and my new rate allowed me to save over $200.00 in savings per month even with the cash out for needed projects. Their responses to my inquiries were very quick and helpful. I still call them since I have friends that are interested in refinancing. Oscar and Diego are great people to deal with and I am glad that I entrusted them with my recent refinance! I also enjoyed their selection for notary - the United Fund team really works! J. McD
