Poor Customer Service

I ordered Presidential dollars from them and it took a week for them to begin shipping the order. When I e-mailed to declare my dissatisfaction with the slow service, their customer service rep essentially stated that a week was well within their normal policy and that they had more than enough business to cover the loss of my business.
