I wish had followed my own advice before paying the "attorney" Steven Moonly. I paid 775$ dollars to these people for my husband's custody case. They did not contact me for 2 and a 1/2 months. I called and emailed repeatedly. Now I am trying to get a refund
and NOW they want to do the paperwork. Mr. Moonly will not refund my money. Instead I have to deal with my credit card company, the better business Bureau, and (tomorrow) my congressman. Mr. Moonly will say that he is licensed to practice law in California
and some other states. The problem is the American Bar Association has not heard of him. I did see that a Stephen K. Moonly (age 53) was arrested in Florida for a check and credit card offense http://florida.arrests.org/Arrests/Stephen_Moonly_1428909/. Search
for yourself people and avoid the heartache. Another thing, any LEGIT legal team will not reply to these reviews with personal legal information regarding these reviews. It doesn't matter how bad the attorney/client relationship has become. Please people do
