Horrible Experience with U.S. Asset Forfeiture & Seizures Auctions - READ BEFORE BIDDING

Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware I wish I read the reviews BEFORE bidding with this company. First they are not a governmental agency or associated with such and their name is probably to give them some legitimacy. I purchased an item from this company in
an online auction and like everyone else, had a horrible experience. The item, images and description was misleading. The picture was basically a collection and the auction was for one item from the collection. They had big full cover images and it was for
one thing. It is not clear whether they later updated the description or left it intentionally vague. Nonetheless, as an internet bidder I thought I was bidding on one thing and the reality was another. I contacted the auction house but their response post
auction was "you bid, you buy it" no exceptions. I tried to have an honest discussion with them regarding the auction and they refuse to discuss it. They then opened a public dispute which basically is an attempt to blacklist me from participating in other

and their complaints with the BBB. The sad part is they wouldn't even contact me to discuss it once I brought up that I considered the auction to be misleading. Avoid U.S. Asset Forfeiture & Seizures Auctions at all costs. ******UPDATE: I just want to say
that I find it amusing that the auction house posted a response to every bad review on here on 4/19/2013 and out of the blue, on the exact same day 4/19/2013 someone named "D T." joins and writes a positive review for them. Hmmmmm.....*******

First off we have an A rating with the BBB, and there are 8 clients that have posted their bad experiences over a five year period and we deal with over 37,000 clients a year. if you ran a business you would strive for that type of positive experiences. I am sorry you didn't get a good feeling from our dealings. But as I have stated, we are a large company that deals with a large number of invoices and sales each and every week. The majority , more than 98% are happy. The BlogSpot post is a joke by the way from a client that bid and then didn't pay, so yes we filed against him, then he wrote that blog. I trust in our dealings with happy clients and the repeat business we get. In addition, the TITLE STATES (1) from group.. READ THE TITLE.. it is a random pull from that. We also have a rating system, this client did not pay for what he bid upon. that's a non paying bidder, just like on ebay, its feedback other auction companies use to make their decisions whether or not approve them for bidding. Bidding is not a right you have. It is something allowed by the auction houses. I merely state that he didn't pay. The other auctions should know this. because it is an internet bid that he placed, other auction house should know that he didn't pay. That's a nightmare for us auctioneers, we have clients that were bidding in house and on other venues for the same item. he outbid them, he didn't pay. he thought he got more than he bid on. He also claims that we changed the title after the auction, well, that's impossible, he was also told by the Auction Zip host site that it is impossible for us to do that and that he did bid upon what the title stated.
