I'm giving you one star only because I can't seem, to remove it.
We received an invoice from US Telecom for $175.00.
Upon receiving the invoice a phone call was made and we had no success in speaking with a live person. We emailed info@ustdryutilities.com with questions about the invoice and no reply was received.
After calling a third time we finally connected to a live person "Erica", I was told they'd monitor our phone systems for $175.00 annually, what a joke "NO thank you" per Erica credit will be issued as of today, we'll see if that takes place.
