Never Again! DO NOT Rent from these people.
After moving out, Tyson tried to charge me for repairs that for one should be considered normal wear and tear after living in a place for 2-1/2 years. They charged me for painting, The place wasn't newly painted when I moved in and now the owner wants to change the color so he is charing me. Replacing broken mini blinds which were old, yellow and brittle when I move in. The blinds were not broken, the cord broke. They also are charging me for 3 mini blinds and one door blind. Only 2 were actually broken. I have asked them for receipts for proof of these blinds, but they won't provide it to me. They won't even respond.
They will try to nickel and dime you after you move out. They are nothing more than crooks!
I am going to court to fight damage charges. Tyson is hoping you won't go to court because it's time consuming and too frustrating; they hope you will just pay the fees and move on. Well not for me! I am fighting back all the way.
