We recently refinanced with Trust One and worked with Jim Murtha throughout the process. We couldn't believe what he was telling us they could do, as far as paying no fees or points, and not paying any cash out of pocket, or the amazing interest rate . .but they were all true. It was very quick and painless, and they even paid for the notary and recording fees. Our house payment is now $125.00 a month less and I've referred two family members! Thanks Jim, and Trust One!
