I made the mistake of attending a presentation by Timeshare Relief Inc aka Transfer Smart back in November 2010. I paid them $3000 to take a timeshare off my hands, never to have to pay maintenance fees or ever deal with this timeshare again. It's now
March of 2014. Every year I have to forward my maintenance fee invoices to them to pay and up until this year, they paid them (After numerous phone calls and complaints to the BBB). This year, not only are they ignoring my phone calls, they are ignoring the
BBB complaint. As a matter of fact, I don't believe they are even members of the BBB any longer. Surprisingly their phone number still works but you will never get to talk to a person. They will continually put you on hold or tell you to leave a message for
them to call you back. You will not get a return phone call. Anyone know a good lawyer I can call?
