I will never trust Toyota of Glendora with my 2007 Prius. They gave me a quote over the phone for a job on the car. They said the price included labour parts and service. The quote was $200.00 cheaper than Claremont. I then discussed this with Claremont who said they would honor that quote and get Glendora to FAX the estimate. After calling back, Glendora would not FAX the estimate and when Claremont called them to confirm he totally changed the estimate said it did not include labour or waste removal. That is slimy and unprofessional. Being up front and honest are important business practices. No stars today. Never again.
