I was given a super sales pitch in which Time Share Goldline, Albuquerque, NM guaranteed me they have a buyer who is willing to buy my time share for $41,900. I paid $8000 for it 9 years ago. I advanced them $1800 and was told I had 7 days to cancel if I changed my mind. I was told the $1800 was going to the title company and they would not receive any commission until closing. They guaranteed me the $41,900 would be in my bank account within 45 to 60 days. Yes, I cancelled the day after committing and they refused to accept my cancellation. I had to go to the fraud dept of my credit card company to cancel the charge. Four weeks later the fraud dept had the $1800 credited to my account. I was also told by Goldline that they would put a lien on my time share. They told me in no uncertain terms that the lien would not allow me to use the time share and I could not sell it unless I committed to them with another $1800. This transaction started in April, 2010 and concluded in May, 2010. Goldline is a fraud time share company. Their mail is forwarded to a post office box at a UPS store. Their mailing address is a fraud.
