I signed with these peopel on Dec. 1 2011..NO word from them nor this so called title processor, Pacific Transfer until now (Feb. 2013)...I paid Timeshare Cure $3495.00 and have my maintenance fees paid to date. Now, I get a letter from Pacific Transfer telling me they need my help to pay the 2013 Maintenance fees, which I do not owe, my fees are on even years, and not due until 2014. The letter quotes "paying your fees as soon as possible will expedite the transfer process and prevent your transfer from being delayed". Do you not think this transfer has been delayed so far............December 2011 to February 2013...SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE.WHY DOES IT TAKE A YEAR AND 2 MONTHS TO CLOSE A DEAL..NORMAL REALESTATE TRANSACTIONS CAN CLOSE IN 30 DAYS.... Now I guess I must join others who were dupped by this company and file a case against them. When, if ever are we as timeshare owners going to find someone HONEST???????? maybe never. Asking for a star rating...yuk. At this point-give me my money back and forget the whole transaction. Becasue they dick around with closing, why should I continue to pay fees for something that isn't mine.
