This class was amazing! Jerry is so funny and engaging- the 2 hour class flew by quickly because we were having so much fun (and learning). Jerry not only gives you great techniques to get out of holds but offers the tips to help prevent you from getting into those situations in the first place. This was absolutely well worth the money and I would highly recommend
