I will NEVER order car parts from this company again! Everything is fine if you get your part and are happy with it but if you have to return it, forget it! The part we ordered stopped working so we returned it on 8/28/09, paid for another part, got a return shipping label and returned the part. It took over a MONTH to get my credit! Many, many phone calls and emails later, I finally was refunded my money. I paid with a debit card but could only be refunded through pay pal or a check through the mail!! They sent the refund to the wrong email address so it took forever for them to cancel that transaction and send the refund to the correct email address. I doubt they would have even caught it but I relentlessly bugged them several times a day and threatened to send an "ALL STAFF" email to 8000 people at my work if this wasn't handled to my satisfaction. Johnny Bravo, the manager, kept telling me a different reason each day as to why my refund wasn't processed yet. Finally, today (10/9/09) I got the refund in my pay pal account!!! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!
