Signed up for 4 quarter contract, however the serviceman did not stop after 4 quarters. He came out again and then charged me for an unauthorized visit. After several phone calls and what I thought was resolution they turned over the $93 bill to a collection agency who calls 4-5 times a day. Overall a very unpleasant experience.
