Telegaleria is a SCAM!

On May 3rd, I filed a complaint with the Top Class Action, sending my story. If you lost your money and are seeking a justice like me, please, go to http://www.topclassactions.com/complaint-form and submit a form with your story. Maybe, together we can
stop this crime. Below you will see the complaint that I sent to BBB few month before that, and in few weeks got answer back. Basically, they can't do anything about it, and said something like "Ok, thanks for your complaint, that will help us to give the
"business" the right review". And that's it?? This is what I wrote: " I made an order on 5/24/2012, total of $62.01. On 5/29/2012 my bank account was charged $62.01. Waited about a week, and decided to check the status of my order (the item wasn't here). The
Shipping Status was (and still is): "Not Yet Shipped". I tried to call the number(they don't even have it anymore) they provided in the "Customer Service" link on the website, but nobody answered. I left a voicemail about my concerns. Somebody named Victoria
called me back next day, and assure me that the order is going to be on it's way soon. I waited about few more weeks, checked the status of my order on their website, which said "Not Yet Shipped". I tried to call again, many times, nobody ever answered, nor
called me back. I also applied a "complain ticket" on their website, many times - that was some kind of another way to contact them. I was asking (through the tickets) to give me my money back. Same, nobody ever answered, or contacted me back, or shipped the
item that I was charged for, or gave me my money back. It's been almost a year now, I feel like I got ripped off by the scammers, and can't do anything about it. I found out that there are so many people like me, trying to get their money back from "Telegaleria.com".
I'm very surprised, why nobody tried to shut their "business" down, and put them to jail."
