Order placed 12/15/2010 for an item on their website. On 12/16/2010 I received email stating there would be "a short delay." On 12/21/2010 I received invoice by email. I presumed it had shipped. No tracking number was provided. On 1/3/2011 I had not received item and had not received tracking number; I inquired with company. In 1/6/2011 I received apologetic email from company indicating printer would go out that day. By 1/10/2011 I have still not received tracking number and company is unresponsive by phone. They sent another email saying I would receive tracking number same day.
Now, 3.5 weeks later, still no printer and no tracking number. This vendor is deceitful, unresponsive, and fails to deliver on ordered items. I would NOT order from this vendor again.
