I have had a very unpleasant selling office equipment to this company. These guys shop around online for used office equipment, buy it over the phone then have it delivered through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. I listed my office printer on Craigslist, Minnesota. They claimed the item I sold to them at the low price of $50 was broken and smelled of urine. I packed it myself and delivered it to FedEx. They then send me pictures of the printer with just the panel removed to illustrate that it was broken. They also said it smelled like animal urine. I believe they said this because we are a veterinary clinic, but the thing is the printer was used in the reception area in enclosed area free of animals.
The ink cartridge alone is worth $100.
So beware of doing business with these guys.
