the service provided by this agency was poor quality & since I moved I am entitled to a refund. it's been moths since I requested the refund. I have not received it and was told by the companies CFO that "business is slow" and that I will receive a refund but refuses to tell me when. there are a large number of similar complaints to be found online regarding this company. I wish I had found them BEFORE I was locked into a contract with them.
