I will give Dr Susan Wilturner 1 STAR for FINALLY having an experience professional, caring, friendly, helpful medical assistant. Regarding Susan Wilturners courtesy, fairness, honest, business practice and dedication towards her private patients a 0 "FAILURE"!. I was told that my child who's 3 years old MUST be given a 2nd dose of flu vaccine $40, by Dr. Wilturner "Civil Surgeon", then I stated, one had already been given to my daughter 3 months ago by her primary pediatrician. My daughter and I were excessively charge a 2nd TB skin test $180, reason because her previous "employees" actually students decided to call my cell, request to cancel my first TB skin test reading, which cause our test to be read on the 4th day. We also were told we MUST complete another blood work, given additional vaccines ONLY by her a "Civil Surgeon". After my families experience with Dr. Wilturner we spent over $5000 just to get cleared for our immigration paperwork for 3 people. We received rude, insulting letters from Dr. WIlturner, unprofessional and unacceptable. Susan Wilturner NEVER once called me to discuss my concerns regarding prices,and medical concerns regarding my 3 year old. I received message from her previous employees aka "students" who ONLY provided answers such as "I don't know". I will NEVER refer anyone to Susan Wilturner. I am in process of filing claim to get back my money, I was lie to and cheated, Dr. Wilturner is dishonest and has NO business running a business of her own.
