To all concerned,
Please do not sign up with this company. The other review is entirely true, they will not respond and will charge you for that first month. The accounts are fabricated, as you will see when they respond to you. The responses are the same and the pictures are not real. I sent the following message to them several times to both the email address and the website contact mail:
Good morning,
I specifically requested several times to cancel my account. I sent the first request the first day, another the second day and every day since. I want my money refunded as you were well aware of the cancellation before the three day period ended.
Thank you.
I will be contacting the Better Business Association today.
They seem to have no respect for the BBB or anyone else for that matter. They will take your money and don't care what you do or say.
