Mate 1 .com .. they allow scam artist to get on line and ripp you off ,, I have other complaints from other men and one for sure person who is doing this . I have complained to customer services . and no ..response . They also . trans fered funds from my bank account even after I told them I wanted to cancel , for 4 months . I was paying for a service I was not using ,,. and no refunds , only an apology and an offer to give them my new account number for a 3 day trial . SO they can transfer even more money out of my new account ,,.others have complained also . to no avail . I personally had to tell others to transfer their account , maate 1 also gave out my info so other companies could remove money from my account as they have with others I am sure ,.. ONE specific woman is scamming lonely men . Cissilia douglas . cisdlas @ yahoo .com . I even complained about her and still no response ... . so far , she has not been stopped either . I would like my money back . but I am somehow sure that will never happen ,..

Spark Networks is not in any way affiliated with Mate1.com. I can assure you that Spark Networks takes this problem very seriously. We are doing our very best to protect our members from such users. We actively prevent them from joining our site and remove them as quickly as possible if they slip through our filters. It is impossible to catch everyone, but we are conscientiously improving the measures we have in place. Members are welcome to report anyone that they are suspicious of and we will gladly review the account and we always respond to our customers in a very timely manner. We appreciate our member’s efforts that aid us in this process.
