We take this situation very seriously and closely monitor our sites to ensure the highest quality of service to all of our members. We have customer support representatives that respond quickly and efficiently to every question or complaint submitted and have an extremely quick response time in responding to our member’s concerns.
We actively prevent scammers from joining our site and remove them as quickly as possible if they slip through our filters. It is impossible to catch everyone, but we are conscientiously improving the measures we have in place. We also have various review tools in place that flag a possibly fraudulent member and remove them immediately. We are taking quick action to provide our customers with the best customer service and experience possible.
We also have a terms of use that we strictly adhere to. It is very important to us for the safety and protection of our members that these policies are not compromised. Member s that are found to be in violation of these terms are removed. In most cases, members are warned 2-3 times before further action is taken to stop the abuse on our site. We work hard to work with the member to explain our terms prior to removal. Unfortunately, if a member fails to comply with our site guidelines, for the benefit of our members and security of our site, that member is removed.
