We are a subscription based organization with stated renewal policies on our billing pages and in our terms of use agreement all members agree to upon joining the site. Membership on one site, does not automatically incur membership fees for any other sites. Members have the choice to utilize the free guest services or upgrade their account to participate in additional site features and activities. Subscription fees are non-transferrable. We have different platforms, features, pricing, and customer support for all of our sites. Billing information is also kept strictly confidential and is not saved to protect the privacy and protection of our customers.
Because we are a subscription based organization, we inform our customers of this policy in a variety of ways and inform them as to how they can disable this feature. We also have email customer service representatives that can assist the member in this area.
