We regret hearing of the problems you have experienced. We are on a secure server, therefore, could not have infected your computer with a virus. The information that you were sent about Spyware is correct. You can get Spyware from visiting a variety of different websites. Where you do have a good firewall on your new computer, it probably prevented these viruses from infecting your computer, but I can assure you that the virus attempts did not come from ChristianMingle.com.
We reserve the right to remove any member that does not comply with our site guidelines. This is only done in an effort to protect our customers and to provide them with the highest level of service available.
We monitor the site very closely to make sure that members are upholding our terms of use. The safety, security and privacy of our members is very important to us.
