We regret your dissatisfaction in our policies and procedures. We allow all members the opportunity to utilize our free guest services, to search and initiate contact with members through pre-drafted smiles or e-cards before deciding to upgrade their account. Based on the capabilities that are available to guest members, it is should be clear through our free guest membership that both parties must be subscribing members in order to send or read personalized messages.
We also very clearly state our no-refund policy and felt that we were fair in offering you a courtesy option of changing the subscription package that you purchased.
We also recommend taking part in our Message Boards and Chat Rooms. These are active and dynamic environments allowing you to meet and mingle with a variety of our members without having to initiate contact. We know that many of our members have made lifelong friends that they have met on the Message Boards or Chat Rooms and all members participating in these great features are also subscribing members, therefore, this will increase your ability to communicate freely.
