Review 3/2/2011

On 2/7/2011, Smart Circle International, LLC was selling Direct TV in Sam's Club in Dallas, TX. Unfortunately, this company was great while I was signing up for their service, everything was great. However, after sign up, I couldn't reach anyone to install the Direct TV. I called everyday for a week to set up installation. I held for 15 minutes and then it went to voice mail. I left several voice mails and no one ever called back. I returned to Sam's Club and spoke with a representative who was able to set up the installation. The next day, a bill arrived for $15 more per month than what I was quoted. When I called Smart Circle, they said "Oh well, too late. There is nothing we can do." Then, I called Direct TV who said that Smart Circle was supposed to put in the discount on their end. I called back and Devon, Operator 557 said that there was nothing that can be done. I explained and she said the same thing...."Oh well...." I asked for a supervisor and she said "No, you can't speak to a supervisor because they are going to tell you the same thing I am telling you." I explained to her that I wanted to cancel the service because they didn't honor their price and she stated that it wasn't their problem and that I had to call Direct TV and take it up with them. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT sign up for anything with Smart Circle. They are rude and have no customer service. I can't believe that I left numerous voice mails and did not receive not one call back. And that I actually had to go to the store to make the install appointment. This is my first experience with Direct TV and it's really shame that Direct TV or any company has Smart Circle, LLC selling products for them. This company is has fraudulent trade and sales practices and avoid them AT ALL COSTS!
