As a business owner, here is my experience: Horrendous customer service! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The owner actually sent me a few text, to my personal cell, threatening me not to provide assistance. All they want is money. If you read the pathetic "about us" on their website, you'd think this is a company that wants to help. All they want is your money. Machine always says i did an illegal ignition, while im driving, for no reason. Its dangerous!!! BEWARE. Some days it wont even start! Their defective machines might actually cause someone to get hurt, or worse. I chose these people to do business with, and i deeply regret it. I should of went with intoxalock. Poor customer service, poor response times to service issues. Horrible fees. Literally the worst company ive ever done business with. These people are greedy amateurs. "He and his father launched Sens-O- Lock of America in order to address the growing concern and social discord associated with driving under the influence blah blah" GIVE ME A BREAK! I wonder what company they used to make up such a cliché "About us"
