Sears has a great store, but the Craftsman tool quality has started to decline rapidly. We have had countless tools break and most are not under the hand tool warranty. The local small Sears has been a nightmare to deal with, the owner tried to swap out a brand new hand tool for a rebuilt, rusted out, used one. The larger stores have been the easiest stores to deal with. They exchange tools without any problems or requirement of a box/manual/etc.
