I tried for over 4 years to get a loan modification from BOA. I attempted the task twice on my own and I used another company that supposedly specialized in getting homeowners loan modifications. The 'other" company turned out to be a scam and I was out some pretty big money. I was very hesitant to try Sanctuary Capital but researched the company and saw the great rating through the better Business Bureau.
To say I am happy with Sanctuary is a lie. I am ecstatic with the service I received from this company. They walked me through each step of the process and treated me kindness and compassion. All of my correspondence with them was noted on my file and I could read what was going on every step of the way.
I honestly thought I would have no chance of getting a lower payment because of my quite large, past due balance and all of the late fees on my mortgage. I had very low expectations and in fact, I was at the point that I was going to move out of my home. The people I dealt with at Sanctuary Capital really eased my mind and calmed my fears.
I was hoping that I would just have the past due balance added back into my loan and continue on with my existing monthly payments. The team at Sanctuary Capital were able to not only take care of the past due balance, but they also got my monthly payment lowered by over $600 a month! Additionally, they were able to reduce my total loan balance by the amount of $132,136.52! They also were able to get my interest rate reduced to a permanent rate of 2%.
I never thought this would be possible. I am truly amazed. Sanctuary Capital Group far exceeded my expectations. Do not give up. Give this company a call.
