This company did a drain cleanout for me October, 2010. They charged 595.75, and offered a 6-month finance free account with GE MONEY BANK. But when I accessed the account online I found that they had charged an extra $44. I complained and after a few weeks they removed the extra charges. On February 13th I again accessed the account to see how much I still owed, and found that on January 17, 2011 ROOTER HERO/SERVICE HERO had put through a second, identical charge against that credit card. GE MONEY BANK told me that they could do nothing, they don't deal with disbutes!
I have been called ROOTER HERO/SERVICE HERO several times each day, leaving messages and receiving nothing in response.
I would never use this company again. It's a giant rip-off. So, they've charged me twice for one visit. GE MONEY BANK won't help me, and no one at ROOTER HERO/SERVICE HERO phones me back.
I am a 68 year old senior. I have an income of $1050 each month. I believe that this company could very well be ripping off other seniors.
