We have had many problems with this auction house in regards to their arbitration department, online sales department, post sale inspections, and management. We have had to go all the way to Manheim Corporate to achieve any assistance. Be careful purchasing cars with this auto auction which are not under factory warranty. Also make sure that your transport company is very detailed when filling out the gate pass in regards to the condition of the car.
