We have had the same BAD experience. Started in July with Right Choice Transfer, then we got paperwork from Pacific Transfer and then paperwork from In Less Time Closing. When we call for a status report, we only get to talk to customer service people.
No one with any authority will take our phone calls or return our calls. Two sets of paperwork they sent out had errors and had to be reissued, which took weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THESE COMPANIES.
