Questionable ethics

According to my source (who is 100% accurate) this business performed water softener rebedding on my water softener in June of 2011 with industrially used resin. They used a bait-and-switch tactic so customers believe they are paying for new resin. Also uncool, the service technicians are expected to perform as little work as possible on the softeners and drinking water systems as return service means more money. Be ready for them to tell you that the equipment is working when you know it is not.
Any new customers should be sure to have them install it outside (what ever it is) else you will have to repeatedly take off work to await service whenever the problems start happening. Take my word for it - there will come a time when multiple service people are sent one after the other and none of them get it right.
