Owners/Renters Steer Clear

Poor business practices. Renters beware they charge a $50 application fee, which is the only management compnay we found to do so. On top of that they will continue to take other offers regardless if you're qualified. i.e. they get 10 applicants all of which give them $50 they pick they highest offer and the rest just lose their money. They wanted to string us a long for a month to wait for other offers before making a decision. As an out of state military family with a short window to find a home, we found this to be unacceptable. Again, this is not common practice and is simply an extra money grab. Worst $50 I ever spent.
Second issue is horrendous communication. After complaining of bad communication the response was to not respond at all. After another e-mail and phone call, we got a response saying they received our e-mail. At that point we rescinded our offer. That e-mail also received no response. Needless to say we will not be interested in any home managed by RC Pro. If it's this difficult to get into a house I can only imagine what they'd be like actually managing it. As both a homeowner and future tennet, I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere.
