Promises, promises that never happen. If they ever say they gurantee anything - Get that in writing and signed. Make sure you get copies of EVERYTHING. Also I had paid them 1500.00 on Dec 12th with my credit card and was promised to have everything back to me by the 19th. They never called me back, charged my credit card and now I am fighting with my Visa company which could take up to 90 days. To this date 1/30/2008 I have not heard from RJV Financial with any information pertaining to my loan modification.
This company should be added to the Scam Alert for Loan Modifications.
