Bad practice
|
I usually enjoy taking these trainings at Quantum. However, this time, I paid for a package and made triple sure all of the courses I chose were approved for Florida -according to Quantum. Training institutions are supposed to alert trainees if courses are not approved for certain states. No alerts were posted for Florida. After spending hours taking a supervision training, I was told that 10 of the hours I paid for and spent time taking from Quantum were not approved! They did not have the information posted correctly. After my ordeal, they apologized and made an announcement on their site to alert future trainees. However, they refused to refund the money I paid (wasted) taking the training. Additionally, I lost a full day of work and had to take the training another way so that I could earn my CEUs. This was very costly for me. I understand mistakes can happen, but they should have refunded part of the package price. Bad practice!
